We ensure that the highest standards of safety, health and environment conservation are upheld on all our construction and mining sites.
We are ISO 9001 Certified for Quality Management Systems. SHENXIN has taken a zero-incident stance at all its sites and operations. We believe in total involvement of all levels of our organizational structure, therefore Safety, Health, Environment and Quality are everyone’s business
Our ISO journey began in September 2021 and the company became certified December 2022. The yearning for excellence and quality is what pushed the organization to undertake this journey to getting certified for ISO 9001:2015. The Managing Director then took the initiative to have a team that was to move with the company through this road.
Like any other journey, we were met with a few challenges. Our main hurdle being resistance from the employees. Changing organizational culture and implementing new systems is always difficult, however we are proud to say that we now move as one in-order to ensure the utmost standards and quality in all our operations and processes. We all agree on delivering the best quality work to satisfy our customers.
We owe our success in attaining this certificate to various stakeholders, the most important being our Shenxin family, who have improved and maintained the quality of our work, the internal audit team for leading this process and training everyone on the Quality management systems, the internal audit team Chairperson, MR G Choruma for his excellent leadership and last but definitely not the least the Managing Director Mr L. Manduku for the managerial support and having the foresight to ensure that the company reaches great lengths.
We do not intend on stopping with just Quality Management Systems, we are now training and preparing to also attain certification for ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001 Occupational Health Systems.
